A yearly tradition: Voting for the Best Space Photo of the Year!
Who doesn’t love traditions? As it happens every year, Scientias.nl proudly presents the top ten space photos of the year. This year, you again have the chance to decide which photos make it to the list and in what order. We anticipate many high rankings for the James Webb Telescope, which last year landed seven photos in the top ten.
The Pre-selected Photos and Voting System
A pre-selection of sixteen awe-inspiring photos has been made. You have the possibility to give each photo a score from 1 to 10. The photo with the highest scores (9 or 10) will be declared as the ‘Space Photo of the Year 2023’. The next two highest-scoring photos will respectively take second and third places. For the positions from the fourth place onwards, the ranking will be determined via the average score on a scale of 1 to 10.
